Diplomatic career and International Politics function

Ambassador of the diplomatic career of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Angola since 1999.
He was National Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Angola and Principal Advisor to 3 Ministers of Foreign Affairs.
Was Ambassador / Undersecretary General of ECCAS, Coordinating the Department of Defense, Peace and Security Policy – Gabon 1999 – 2008.
Director of the General Directorate for Africa and the Middle East, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Angola, 2008-2011 – Luanda Angola.
He was Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola in the Republics, Federative of Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay 2011 – 2019.
In July 2019, he was appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Angola to the Arab Republic of Egypt.
He was a Special Envoy and represented the Angolan Head of State and the Angolan Executive in different Inauguration Ceremonies of Heads of State, Summits, and International and Multilateral Forums (UN, OAU, AU, SADC, CIRGL….)
